USAID monitors the cross-cutting themes of stabilization and governance in each program with a variety of indicators. USAID also has several targeted programs designed to foster democratic institutions and women's development. To support this cause, TFP provides training to participants ranging from government officials to private sector employees and staff of community based organizations on themes such as women’s rights and gender diversity, parliamentary and local government strengthening, and empowering civil society.
TFP also supports the cross cutting theme of stabilization to improve the economic and social conditions of marginalized communities in vulnerable areas of the country, such as KP and FATA. TFP programs in this area provide skill training and scholarships to create more economic and learning opportunities for stable prosperous communities.
